Présentation

For about 10 years I carried out economic and social studies in a local government observatory of the labour market, contributing at the same time to field studies of juvenile delinquency and insecurity as part of work by Sebastian Roché (CNRS). In 2008 I was recruited by Pacte for a permanent position as a social-science research engineer on the Ariane team. My know-how centres mainly on data production, processing, analysis and dissemination, hinging on the following missions:

  • Project engineering;
  • Design of collection tools;
  • Managing quantitative field surveys (especially international social surveys like the European Values Study and  the International Social Survey Programme)
  • Data exploitation (factor analysis, classification, modelling) and use of results in research programmes;
  • Responding to occasional requests for expert appraisals and advice on method from social-science researchers and PhD students;
  • Optimizing methods, training;
  • Documentary, technology and regulatory intelligence.
