I am a teacher at Economic Faculty at PUCE-Quito. I am an economist, MA, MSc and doctoral candidate that have worked with development projects in subnational level territories of Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia.

I have conducted several projects and researchs in Andean and Central America countries.

For many years, I have worked with peasants, both: men and women, with the Human Development Approach.

I am pretty sure that territorial development depends on decisions made by local people who participate and cooperate of development processes.

Finally, territories and development, human rights approach, gender equity and research are keys to approach reality.
