Designing Life. What cultural issues for ongoing biotechnologies ?
The ComIngGen project addresses knowledge, measurement of public opinion and communication strategies regarding on-going biotechnologies (Genome Editing technologies such as CRISPR-Cas9 and more broadly, New Plant Breeding Techniques).
It discusses the emerging field of Public Understanding of Research (PUR) and its forms of engagement by focusing on the dissemination of provisional scientific data applicable to the early development of new biotechnologies.
