Monetary Innovations in Support of Riel Promotion, Financial Inclusion, and Green Financing

The two-day conference will be jointly organized by Université Grenoble Alpes, the Institute for Banking Studies, and the Royal University of Law and Economics. The event is scheduled to take place in Phnom Penh on 21 and 22 October 2025. It will feature paper presentations, discussions, and expert roundtables.

This conference marks the second anniversary of the PHC Research Project, a joint initiative between France and Cambodia aimed at fostering scientific collaboration between the two countries.
