IMPROVE develops a Conversational (multilingual) AI Chatbot (AINO) that provides the survivors with
immediate advice and risk assessment as well as guidance towards the available service provisions.

It supports the planning and decisionmaking of policymakers and managers to utilise innovative solutions and apply tools, procedures and measures to combat domestic violence.

It addresses frontline responders’ training needs by designing training materials covering sector-specific and cross-sector content supported by innovative teaching and learning methods.

It constructs and deliverstargeted awareness campaigns for the survivors, their social environs, community representatives, frontline responder practitioners, managers, policymakers and academic
experts.
