Présentation

Cécile Pelaudeix is EU3D Research fellow at Sciences Po, CNRS & PACTE and teaches at Sciences Po Grenoble. Her research centers on international relations with a focus on Differentiation, Arctic politics and European foreign policy, Chinese foreign policy, in the areas of security, sustainable development, energy and ocean governance. She has advised governments and EU institutions (EP, EEAS, EDA) on matters of her research interest. She is the co-editor of the book Transnationalisation and legal actors: legitimacy in question, Routledge and Governance of Arctic Offshore Oil and Gas, Routledge. She has published  several articles on China, imcluding a brief on China in the Arctic for the EU Institute for Security Studies. She was a member of the EEAS delegation in Beijing in 2018 for the EU-China Security Dialogue.
